Sex, Culture, and God's Vision for Your Child...A Powerful Resource Coming to the GAC Family
Dr. David Fincher, President
I won’t quote the statistics, GACS parents, because you’ve seen them. Let’s just summarize and say that overall the news is not good. Sexual activity among American teens are not at the worst levels in U.S. statistical history, but they are close. If you’re the parent of a teen, preteen, or even Elementary or Village child, it has to cross your mind. Is my child at risk? How are culture, other teens, and the media shaping my children? How are the conflicts regarding teen cultural views of sex and Biblical faith affecting my children? What can I do?

GAC's Jimmy Chupp Resigns as Head Football Coach
Jill Morris, Director of Community Relations
Jimmy Chupp announced his resignation as Head Football Coach of the GAC Spartans on Tuesday. Chupp plans to continue as Vice President for Development, yet desires to pursue other dreams and spend more time with his family. “My closest friends know that I have been considering this since my sons graduated in 2002. I guess my love for these players, my coaching buddies, and Spartan Football kept me coming back each year. This year, it just seems like the right time to step down. The change will allow me to spend more time with my family and more time in my other role in Development at GAC,” shared Coach Chupp. Read more... |
